Shipping Information:

Included in the price of each book is Priority Shipping via the United States Postal Service. There is no mark-up on the shipping - it is simply $5.25. For more information, visit the United States Postal Service website - click here.

Each order is shipped as soon as the order payment has been received by Dr. Randi Ettner. At times there may be a delay in shipment due to Dr. Ettner's busy schedule, but we will make all attempts to keep delays to a minimum.

International Orders
Included in the price of each book for International Orders is a $11.00 International Mail charge. International orders will be shipped as soon as possible, but we are unable to provide Priority service at this time.

International Order - Add-On
Sometimes international customers may not see the international order differentiation. If that is the case, you will need to add the International Order - Add-On to help offset the difference in shipping charges below:
